ShelfDrop helps resellers create product listings by using AI to read photos and generate titles, descriptions, and a CSV file for import into third-party marketplaces such as Whatnot. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
ShelfDrop is a subscription service billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly listing allowance that resets every 30 days. Every plan begins with a 3-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and your card is charged. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for complying with the rules of any marketplace you sell on. ShelfDrop is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Whatnot.
AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing every listing before publishing it. We provide the service "as is" and may update features over time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel your subscription at any point from your account; cancellation stops future billing, and access continues through the end of your current paid period.
Because ShelfDrop is a digital service delivered immediately, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you were charged in error or believe you have a billing issue, email matt@shelfdrop.ai and we'll make it right.
We collect the information needed to run the service: your email address, the product photos you upload, and the listing data you generate. Photos are stored in cloud storage so you can access your work across devices; you can delete your sessions at any time. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party providers (Stripe for payments, cloud hosting for photos, and an AI provider to process your images into listings) solely to deliver the service. To request deletion of your data, email matt@shelfdrop.ai.
